Before ordering
- Construction takes place in our private neighborhood. You will receive the neighborhood code after purchase.
- Confirm that you meet every listed requirement and have an empty plot ready before scheduling the build.
- Join us at an agreed time when our builder is available.
- Grant the builder full permissions and set their building budget to the stated in-game plot cost.
- Remain in-game while the build is completed. Most builds take approximately 1–4 hours, depending on size and detail.
- Leaving before construction is complete requires the build to restart from the beginning on a cleared plot. In-game money lost to a restart cannot be reimbursed.
- If more in-game money is needed before completion, the current order will be canceled. You may place a new order once the required funds are available.
