1. About the service

Bloxburg Builds displays build services for Welcome to Bloxburg. Product discovery takes place on this website, while orders, payment, order support, and marketplace disputes are handled through the corresponding Eldorado listing.

2. Eligibility and platform rules

You must be able to use Roblox, Welcome to Bloxburg, and Eldorado under their respective terms. Bloxburg Builds is an independent seller and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Roblox Corporation or Eldorado.

3. Build requirements

Before ordering, you are responsible for reviewing and meeting every requirement shown on the selected build page and Eldorado listing. This includes having an empty plot ready, the stated in-game funds, required gamepasses and skills, and any other listed prerequisites.

• You must join at an agreed time when a builder is available.
• You must grant the builder full building permissions.
• You must set the builder's budget to the stated in-game plot cost.
• You must remain in-game while construction is being completed when the listing requires it.

4. Scheduling and completion

Purchase does not create an instant or automatic build. A build appointment must be coordinated after the order is confirmed. Completion times are estimates and can change because of build complexity, availability, connection problems, Roblox service interruptions, or missing buyer requirements.

5. Saved progress, connections, and insufficient funds

If either party disconnects, the build is saved and can continue from recorded progress when the appointment resumes. A single disconnection is not a refund reason. If repeated disconnections make completion impractical, we may cancel the order; a refund is available only where more than 75% of the build remains unfinished. Removing permissions or being unable to provide required in-game funds may also prevent completion or result in cancellation as described in the applicable listing.

6. Purchases, cancellations, and disputes

Prices displayed on this website are informational. The current Eldorado listing controls the final checkout price and order terms. Eligibility for a cancellation or refund is described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Requests and formal disputes must be submitted through the corresponding Eldorado order and remain subject to Eldorado's applicable marketplace procedures.

7. Build presentation

Gallery images represent the advertised design. Minor differences may occur because of game updates, unavailable or BloxBux-exclusive items, placement behavior, or other limitations disclosed in the listing. BloxBux-exclusive items are not included unless the listing expressly says otherwise.

8. Accounts and acceptable use

You may sign in through Discord or Roblox to save builds. You may not misuse the website, attempt to access owner tools, interfere with its operation, upload malicious content, or impersonate another person.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
