Refund and Cancellation Policy

Clear protection for your scheduled build, from the moment you order until construction is complete.

Build interrupted by a disconnection

If either party disconnects before completion, the builder is happy to reattempt the build when you still have sufficient Bloxburg Cash.

You may request a cancellation and full refund if you placed an order but do not meet the stated plot, gamepass, skill, BloxBux, or in-game budget requirements.

You may receive a full refund if the builder is unable to complete your build for any reason.

You cancel before construction begins

You may cancel and receive a full refund if you change your mind before the building process begins. Once construction has started, changing your mind is not eligible.
