Refund and Cancellation Policy

A build can continue after a disconnection

If either party disconnects, the build is saved and can continue from its recorded progress once the appointment resumes. A single disconnection is not a refund reason.

Saved progress resumesRepeated disconnections may require cancellation. A refund is available only where more than 75% of the build remains unfinished.

Build requirements were not met

You may request a cancellation and full refund if you placed an order but do not meet the stated plot, gamepass, skill, BloxBux, or in-game budget requirements.

The builder cannot complete the order

You may receive a full refund if the builder is unable to complete your build for any reason.

You cancel before construction begins

You may cancel and receive a full refund if you change your mind before the building process begins. Once construction has started, changing your mind is not eligible.
