- Step 05Grant the builder full building permissions.
- Step 06Set the builder's budget to the listed $245,000 plot cost.
- Step 07Remain in-game until construction is complete.
- â If you cannot provide additional in-game money when required, the order may be canceled. You may order again once you have the required funds.
- â If either party disconnects, the build is saved and can continue from its recorded progress when the appointment resumes.
- â Repeated disconnections may require us to cancel the order. A refund is available only where more than 75% of the build remains unfinished.
