Bloxburg on Eldorado: How Buying a Build Works

What you are actually buying, where the money goes, and what protection you have when you order a Welcome to Bloxburg build through Eldorado.

What you are buying is a service, not a file

This trips people up more than anything else, so it is worth stating first. Welcome to Bloxburg has no way to import or transfer a house. Nobody can send you a finished build as a file, and any listing that claims otherwise is not describing something the game supports.

What is actually sold is a building service. A builder joins your plot at an agreed time and constructs the design in front of you, spending your in-game money as they place each item. The house ends up on your account because it was built there.

Why the order happens on Eldorado

Eldorado is a marketplace for game-related items and services, and it is where the transaction takes place. We keep the catalog here — the galleries, the requirements, the plot costs — because a marketplace listing has limited room to document a build properly. When you are ready to order, the listing links through to its matching Eldorado page.

Payment, order messaging and dispute handling all stay on Eldorado. Nothing is paid on this site. To be explicit about the relationship: Bloxburg Builds is an independent service and is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation, Welcome to Bloxburg, or Eldorado.

How an order runs, start to finish

  • Compare the build here. Every listing carries screenshots of the actual finished design, the confirmed in-game plot cost, the gamepasses and skill levels required, and any BloxBux-exclusive items that cannot be placed on your plot.
  • Order on the matching Eldorado listing. Each build links to its own Eldorado listing. Checkout, payment and order support all stay on Eldorado. Nothing is paid on this site.
  • Arrange the appointment. Building is scheduled rather than instant, because a person constructs the design on your plot. You agree a time that works for both sides.
  • Join with an empty plot. At the agreed time you join with a cleared plot, grant the builder full building permissions, and set their building budget to the listed plot cost.
  • Stay in-game until it is finished. The plot belongs to your account, so the build only progresses while you are present. Leaving mid-session interrupts it.

What to check before you order

Most problems are avoidable and come down to requirements rather than the build itself. Before purchasing, confirm all four of these on the product page:

  • In-game plot cost. This is separate from the price you pay. It is Bloxburg money you must already have — see the costs and gamepasses guide for typical figures by build type.
  • Gamepasses. Multiple Floors and Advanced Placement are needed by 90% of our builds, Large Plot by 73%.
  • Skill levels. Gardening appears in 80% of builds and Athletic in 67%. A missing skill means an item cannot be placed at all.
  • BloxBux-exclusive items. If a design includes them, they will show in the gallery but cannot be placed unless you own them. Affected listings carry a red condition notice.

An empty plot is required. Clearing it is your responsibility before the appointment starts, and it is worth doing well in advance rather than during the session.

What protection you have

Our refund and cancellation policy is managed through Eldorado and covers the situations that actually come up:

  • You cancel before construction begins. Full refund. Once building has started, changing your mind is not eligible.
  • You do not meet the stated requirements. Full refund, provided you have not already had the build started.
  • The builder cannot complete the order. Full refund, for any reason on our side.
  • A disconnection interrupts the build. The builder reattempts while you still have sufficient Bloxburg Cash. If under 75% was completed, or the exterior structure was not finished, a full refund applies.

Where to start

If you are browsing for the first time, the full catalog shows everything currently available. Businesses are the least demanding on in-game money, family homes sit in the middle, and mansions and resorts need the largest budgets.
