2. Separate the service price from the in-game cost
The amount paid for the builder's service is not the same as the Bloxburg money required to construct the house. Confirm both numbers before ordering. You need enough in-game money for the stated plot cost, and the builder needs that amount assigned as their building budget during the appointment.
3. Verify gamepasses and skills
Some designs require Multiple Floors, Advanced Placement, Basements, Large Plot, or particular skill levels. A builder cannot reproduce every feature if your account is missing a listed requirement. Check the exact product page because different houses require different combinations.
4. Understand the appointment
A scheduled build is not an instant download. Agree on a time when both you and the builder are available. Join with an empty plot, grant full building permissions, set the required budget, and remain in game until the build is complete. Large or highly detailed projects naturally take longer.
