Every gamepass and what it costs

Prices below come from Roblox itself, refreshed hourly, so they do not drift the way a typed-out table does.

Everything on sale together comes to 2330 Robux. The three that building genuinely depends on come to 750 Robux.

Three of these got cheaper and most guides have not noticed

On 4 August 2026 the three building gamepasses were reduced. The Bloxburg wiki still lists the old prices, and because nearly every other guide copies the wiki, nearly every other guide is currently overcharging you on paper.

That is 190 Robux off the set most builders need. Worth knowing before you buy from a reseller quoting last year's price as a bargain.

How much is Multiple Floors in Bloxburg?

300 Robux. It unlocks building above the ground floor, up to five storeys.

This is the one to buy first. Around 90% of the builds we complete need it, because almost any house that is not a single-storey cottage uses a second floor. Without it you are limited to the ground level no matter how big your plot is.

How much is Large Plot in Bloxburg?

250 Robux. It grows your plot from the standard 30x30 grid to 50x50.

That is not a small change. 50x50 is roughly 2.8 times the buildable area of a standard plot, which is why anything described as an estate, resort or mega build assumes you have it. About 73% of our builds do.

If you are choosing between this and Multiple Floors, buy Multiple Floors first. Building upwards adds more usable space per Robux than building outwards.

Advanced Placing

200 Robux. It turns off collision checks so items can overlap, unlocks the scale tool, and lets you place structural pieces.

This is the one people underestimate. It is what separates a house that looks decorated from one that looks built, because almost every detailed interior relies on tucking items into each other. Also needed by roughly 90% of our builds.

Basements

100 Robux, the cheapest pass in the game. It lets you build underneath the ground floor.

Each 1x1 square of basement also costs in-game money on top, so factor that into your plot budget rather than just the Robux. About a third of our builds use one, usually for garages, cinemas or storage.

Transform Plus

600 Robux, and the most expensive pass. It extends the transform tool to more object types and loosens the limits on rotating and resizing.

Genuinely optional. Around 30% of our builds use it, and those tend to be the highly detailed ones. If you are new, this is the last pass to buy, not the first.

The passes that are not about building

Three more exist, and none of them affect what you can construct.

• Excellent Employee, 300 Robux. More pay per task and faster promotions. Worth it early, close to pointless late, because the advantage fades as your work level rises. We go into that in the money guide.
• Marvelous Mood, 180 Robux. Mood drains slower, and you can switch off the negative mood effects. Quietly a strong earning pass, since low mood cuts your pay by up to 30%.
• Premium, 400 Robux. Halved bills, double daily rewards, a nametag, and you get to choose your plot.

Which should you buy first?

If you are building rather than roleplaying, in this order:

• Multiple Floors first. Nothing else changes what you can build as much.
• Advanced Placing second. This is what makes interiors look finished.
• Large Plot third, once you actually need the footprint.
• Basements if your design calls for one. It is cheap enough to add later.
• Transform Plus last, and only for detailed work.

Buying the first three together, at 750 Robux, covers what the large majority of finished houses actually require.

Gamepasses are not the only cost

Worth being clear about, because it catches people out. Gamepasses are bought with Robux and unlock features permanently. Actually placing a house also needs in-game Bloxburg money on your account, and that figure is usually much larger than people expect.

Prices are read from Roblox's own product information for each gamepass and cached for an hour, so this page follows the store rather than lagging behind it. The August 2026 reductions were confirmed against Roblox directly on 3 September 2026. The share-of-builds figures come from the requirements recorded on our own finished builds.
